美国、欧盟小学体育教师职业素养评价及其启示 被引量:2

摘要 职业素养是教师专业发展水平的外在体现。准确地评价体育教师的职业素养有助于提高全体教师的职业素养,保障教育质量。美国、欧盟在小学体育教师职业素养的评价方面有着较为先进的经验,尤其是它们小学体育教师职业素养评价的流程、方式与标准体系,对我国小学体育教师职业素养评价有着重要的启示。
