摘要
本文以我国汽车制造业著名的上市公司*ST夏利公司为例,研究认为:规范ST公司摘帽乱象需要进一步做好相关制度设计与监管落实,但"制度"并不是万能的,更重要的是需要引导ST公司以公司战略的眼光,从规范公司主业经营入手,采取有力措施以不断改善自身经营状况,最终实现公司业务的转型发展与升级。
Taking the famous listed company *ST Xiali in automobile manufacturing industry as an example,this paper holds that it is necessary to further design and supervise the relevant system in order to standardize the disorder of hat removal of ST company,but the "system" is not omnipotent.More importantly, it is necessary to guide ST company to standardize its main business operation from the perspective of corporate strategy.Start with,take effective measures to constantly improve their own operating conditions,and ultimately realize the transformation and development and upgrading of the company's business.
