摘要
随着金融业对外开放政策的逐步推进,国内保险公司面临着更多的挑战,不仅需要创新产品,更需要提升自身的服务。保险理赔是保险服务重要构成部分,对优化险企的经营、推动行业的发展都起着至关重要的作用。该文基于人身险理赔服务的现状,以平安人寿为例,分析原因并提出解决对策,以期有助于提高人身险理赔服务质量。
With the implementation of opening-up policy in finance industry,domestic insurance companies are confronted with more challenges,which push them not only to innovate their products,but also improve their services.Claim settlement is a crucial service part for insurance companies and plays a key role in upgrading the management and pushing forward the development.This paper,based on the current situation faced by life insurance and taking examples from Ping'an Insurance Company,intends to explore the reasons as well as put forward some initiatives aiming to improve service quality.
