新时代中国从体育大国向体育强国的迈进过程,也必定是争取和赢得体育国际话语权的过程。在当代中国特色社会主义建设取得伟大成就的重要条件下,努力加强和提升中国国际体育话语的力度和效度,是建设中国特色社会主义体育事业和加快实现中国体育强国梦的重要举措,也是构建和提升中国国际话语权的重要内容。鉴于此,对中国体育国际话语权的研究,必须要在国内外"话语权"的理论基础上,梳理体育话语权的演变历史,并结合当今时代背景下的机遇与挑战,综合不同体育领域、不同体育群体、不同方式和途径等层面,深入研究中国国际体育话语权的提升路径,进而体现纵深性而又具全面性。

In the new era,China＇s progress from a sports country to a sports power is also a process of striving for and winning the international discourse right of sports.Under the important conditions of the great achievement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is an important measure to build the socialist sports cause with Chinese characteristics and to accelerate the realization of the dream of China＇s sports power.It is also an important part of building and promoting the international discourse power of China.In view of this,the study of the international discourse right of Chinese sports must be based on the theory of ＂discourse power＂ at home and abroad,to comb the history of the evolution of the right of sports discourse,and to combine the opportunities and challenges under the background of the present times,and to study the Chinese country deeply in different sports fields,different sports groups,different ways and ways.The way to enhance the right to speak of sports is to be profound and comprehensive.
