棉针织布气液环保漂染新工艺

Bleaching and dyeing process of cotton knitted fabric with gas-liquid dyeing technology

摘要 介绍了纯棉针织物的气液漂染新工艺,并与传统溢流漂染工艺进行对比。气液染色工艺技术具有低浴比、高效率、能耗小等特点,一定程度上解决了染色废水及污染物高排放的问题。生产实践表明:与传统溢流漂染工艺相比,气液漂染新工艺加工的针织面料染色效果基本一致,染料利用率和染色一次成功率均有提高,助剂消耗量、耗水量、耗汽量、废水排放量及COD产生量均有减少,大大降低了针织产品的加工成本。 A novel eco-friendly gas-liquid process of bleaching and dyeing of cotton knits is introduced and compared with the traditional overflow dyeing process. It is found that the gas-liquid process fea- tures lower liquor ratio, high efficiency and low energy consumption, and it can solve the problem of high discharge of dyeing wastewater and pollutants. The practical production shows that compared with the traditional overflow dyeing process, the new process can obtain the same dyeing effect with largely reduced production cost and improved dyeing RFT (right-first-time), decreased auxiliary consumption, water consumption, steam consumption, waste water and COD effluents.
