摘要
讨论了活性染料爱环达的皂洗性能、染色性能和色牢度性能等。结果发现,活性染料爱环达在60℃皂洗就可以达到常规高温皂洗的牢度指标。其最佳皂洗工艺为:皂洗温度60℃,皂洗时间10 min。爱环达染色可达到节能降耗,低温皂洗的目的,适宜推广使用。
The soaping performance, dyeing performance and color fastness of reactive dye AVITERA are discussed. The result shows that the color fastness to soaping of reactive dye AVITERA at 60 ℃ can meet the requirement of conventional high temperature. The optimum soaping process is soaping at 60 ℃ for 10 min. Dyeing with AVITERA can save energy and protect environment, and it is worth of be- ing popularizing.
