摘要
华能山东石岛湾核电厂高温气冷堆核电示范工程反应堆厂房屋盖系统采用单侧钢板混凝土空心组合结构,属于大跨度屋盖体系,施工采用了模块化技术。该技术包括各种模块的制作及吊装,设备吊装口处屋盖的施工,此外还要考虑电厂投入运行后在役期间对屋盖进行临时开洞及重新封堵的要求。介绍的建造技术可满足单侧钢板混凝土空心组合屋盖设计时假定的结构受力状态,即施工期间屋盖与侧墙铰接连接,只起到封闭厂房的作用;正常使用期间屋盖与墙体固定端连接,参与厂房的整体结构抗震作用。采用介绍的建造技术避免了设备安装与屋盖土建施工的交叉作业,降低了高空施工安全风险,可有效缩短总建设工期。
The half-steel-concrete(HSC) hollow composite structure was used in the reactor building roof system of Hua Neng Shandong Shidaowan nuclear power plant HTR-PM demonstration project. This structure is a large-span roof system using modular construction technology. This technology consists of manufacture and hoisting of various modules,construction of roof at the presetting hole for hoisting,and the approach for temporary opening and re-enclosure of the roof during the service period after the power plant is put into operation. The construction method can satisfy the assumed stress state of the design of the HSC hollow composite roof. The roof is hinged with the side wall only for closing the plant during the construction. During the normal service period,the roof is fixed with the side wall and participates in the seismic resistance of the overall structure of the plant. In addition,the construction technology is adopted to avoid the cross operation of the equipment installation and the roof construction,which reduces the risk of the high-altitude construction,and can effectively shorten the total construction period.
