摘要
通过对沥青混合料动态模量、疲劳寿命、车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验进行对比分析,考察了不同功能型沥青改性剂对沥青混合料高低温性能的影响。采用DSC分析了改性剂对沥青性能影响的关键组成因素。结果表明:高模量改性剂(EME)具有较好的高温模量和抗车辙性能,低温改性剂(TLM)的低温小梁弯拉应变较大,不同功能型改性剂在提高沥青高温性能的同时会削弱其低温性能,反之亦然。结合DSC分析可知,改性剂中存在的SBS和PS等弹性体对沥青混合料的低温性能有改善,存在的PE和PP对沥青混合料的高温性能有改善。沥青混合料高低温性能是各组分作用效果的综合表现。
By comparing the dynamic modulus, fatigue life, rutting test and low temperature beam bending test, the influence of different functional asphalt modifiers on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture was investigated. The key components of the influence of modifier materials on asphalt properties were analyzed by DSC. The results show that the high modulus modifier (EME) has good high temperature modulus and rutting resistance. The low temperature tensile modulus of low temperature modifier(TLM) is larger, and the different functional modifiers will weaken its low temperature performance while in- creasing asphalt high temperature performance,and vice versa. Combined with DSC analysis,the presence of SBS and PS elastomers in the modifier improved the low temperature performance of the asphalt mixture, and the presence of PE and PP improved the high temperature performance of the asphalt mixture. Asphalt mixture high and low temperature performance is the overall perfor- mance of the effect of each component.
