摘要
以北京地区某住宅为对象建立模型,研究在不同节能标准下围护结构改造对建筑供暖空调能耗的影响,并进行经济、环境、社会效益分析。结果表明:节能改造方案的确定并不是节能标准越高越好,综合计算节能量和经济性后才能得出最适宜的改造方案。
A residence in Beijing is used as a model building to study the impact of building envelope transformation on heating and air-eonditioning energy consumption under different energy-saving standards,as well as analysis of economic, environ- mental and social benefits. Statistics indicate that high energy-saving standards are not equal to good results when carrying out en- ergy-saving reform,but the comprehensive calculation of energy-saving and economical efficiency can lead to the most appropriate retrofit scheme.
