寒冷地区某绿色建筑污水源热泵供暖季实际应用效果研究 被引量:8

Study on the Actual Application Effect of Sewage Source Heat Pump in a Green Building in a Cold Region during the Heating Season

摘要 为探究供暖季污水源热泵系统在寒冷地区绿色建筑中实际运行效果,本文以实测运行数据为基础,从能源侧、供能系统和用户侧3个方面展开分析,掌握供暖季每个环节实际用能效果,逐步分析能源利用效率,辨识系统运行效果影响因素,提出设计及运行优化建议。研究表明,该污水源热泵系统可满足室内供暖需求,但系统制热性能较差,系统制热能效比COPsys平均值约为2.3;运行过程中,机组COP和系统COPsys均与机组负荷率呈负相关性,当机组负荷率为55%时,系统制热性能最优,COPsys约为2.75。为提升供暖季整体运行效果,运行过程中应根据建筑热负荷,调整运行机组数量及型号,减小室温与设计值差异,并优化机组控制方法,使机组长期维持在高COP负荷率范围运行。研究结果可为后续污水源热泵系统设计及运行优化方面研究提供一定参考。 To explore the application effect of sewage source heat pump system in green buildings during the heating season,the sewage source heat pump system in a green building in a cold region were analyzed on the basis of the measured data of heating operation. The actual energy utilization efficiency of the energy side,the energy supply system and the user side during the heating season was gradually analyzed and learnt respectively. The influencing factors of the operation effect of the system were identified,and the suggestions of the design and operation optimization were proposed. The results showed that the waste water system could meet the demand of indoor heating as a heat source,but the overall heating performance of the system was poor. The average heat efficiency ratio of the system( COPsys) was about 2. 3. During the operation,COP and the COPsyswere negatively correlated with the unit load rate. When the unit load rate reached 55%,COPsyswould be approximately 2. 75,and the optimal thermal performance of the system would be achieved at this time. In order to improve the overall operation effect during the heating season,the number and model of the operating units should be adjusted to enable the heat pump to keep running with a load ratio that results in high performance,according to the heating load of buildings. The research results can provide some reference for the design and operation optimization of the sewage water source heat pump system.
