A Comparative Study on the Goals of Energy Conservation Development of International Buildings——Towards Buildings with Zero Energy Consumption

本文从世界各国零能耗建筑定义及相关概念出发,对定义、内涵和技术路径3个方面进行辨析,分析了零能耗建筑国际发展趋势。基于我国在建筑节能领域已取得的工作基础,分析了适合我国国情的零能耗建筑的概念与内涵,展望了未来建筑节能的发展目标和路径。

Based on the definition and related concepts of buildings with zero energy consumption in the world,this paper carried out an analysis from three aspects,namely,definition,connotation and technology path. And this paper also predicted the international development trend of realizing buildings with zero energy consumption.Based on the work foundation that China has obtained in the field of building energy conservation,the concept and connotation of buildings with zero energy consumption and meeting our own national conditions were elaborated in the paper which also looked forward to the development goals and path of building energy efficiency in the future.
