关于现代学徒制与优质校建设的新思考

目前,职业院校正处在"职业教育现代化快速发展的深化期、全面推进创新发展行动计划的决胜期、加强优质校建设的机遇期"三期叠加的背景下。三年创新发展行动计划的推进实施,以及《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》、《职业学校校企合作促进办法》等一系列国家层面的政策相继出台,都为职业院校改革和发展指明了发展方向、提供了政策支持。本文从深化产教融合的角度出发,以独具特色的"工学结合"现代学徒制培养模式为抓手,对推进优质校建设的实践进行了深入思考。

Currently, vocational colleges are epitomized by three critical periods, i.e. the period of deeper acceleration of vocational education modernization, the period of decisive significance for promoting the Action Plan for Innovation and Development, and the period of opportunities for strengthening the eonstruetion of high - quality college. The implementation of the Action Plan for Innovation and Development in Higher Vocational Education （2015 -2018） and the successive launching of a series of national policies such as the Opinions on Deepening the Industry -Education Integration and the Measures for Promoting Enterprise -College Cooperation in Vocational Colleges have pointed out the orientation and provided policy supports to the reform and development of vocational colleges. From the perspective of deepening the integration of industry and education, this paper takes the unique modem apprenticeship training mode of ＂combining work and study＂ as the starting point, and gives an in - depth consideration to the practice of promoting the construction of high - quality colleges.
