职业精神是人在职业活动中表现出的一种优秀素养,也是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。高职思政课程教学中融入职业精神教育,强调"学思结合、知行统一",培养学生的职业道德、技能、操守和品格,促进学生全面发展。本文从职业精神的内涵分析入手,围绕其必要性,探析与高职思想政治课程契合的有效路径。

Professional spirit is an excellent accomplishment that people show in their protessionat activities, and it is also an important content of socialist core values. The professional spirit education is integrated into the teaching of ideological and political education in higher vocational education. It emphasizes the combination of learning and thinking, the unity of knowledge and practice, and the cultivation of students＂ professional ethics, skills, integrity and character, so as to promote the all-round development of students. This article starts from the connotation analysis of professional spirit, and explores the effective way to fit the ideological and political curriculum in higher vocational colleges.
