摘要
从出生到断奶,犊牛的免疫系统、消化代谢能力、胃肠道功能尚不健全,添加适宜的益生菌能够调整瘤胃微生物的平衡,刺激胃肠道的发育,增强犊牛的免疫能力,尤其对犊牛断奶后瘤胃微生物的固定与附植具有重要意义,从而保证犊牛健康成长。文章对近年来中国农业科学院饲料研究所反刍动物生理与营养实验室关于热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis,CT)、地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Li-cheniformis)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Subtilis)和植物乳酸菌(Lactobacillus Plantar)等益生菌在犊牛断奶前后的研究结果进行总结,并结合国内外的部分研究报道,旨在为益生菌在犊牛饲料中的运用提供一定的技术指导。
The immune system, digestion and metabolism function of calf gastrointestinal tracts are not well developed from birth to weaning. Probiotics has the ability to balance ruminal microbes, stimulate the development of the gastrointestinal tract, and enhance the immune ability of calves, especially for the immobilization and attachment of the rumen microorganisms in post-weaning calves. Probiotics can ensure the healthy growth of the calf. This paper summarizes the studies from Laboratory of Ruminant Physiology and Nutrition, Feed Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and others on probiotics including Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Candida tropicalis in pre or post-weaning calves, in order to provide technical guidance for the use of probiotics in calves' feed.
