摘要
大众传媒是个体关注和参与公共教育事务的重要渠道,是教育公共治理的重要主体之一,具有公意性、监督性和教育性优势,呈现出从"旁观者"到"建构者"、从"自主参与"到"合作参与"的新趋势,在意愿表达、政策制定、问题挖掘、舆论监督等方面发挥着积极作用。需要正视大众传媒"营销偏好"和"制造新闻"的不足,在坚守社会责任,强化行业自律等方面进行科学、有序地引导和规范。
The mass media is an important channel for individual attention and participation in public education affairs,and is one of the important subjects of public governance of education. It has advantage in the general will,supervision and education and has new trend from bystanders to constructors,from independent participation to cooperative participation. At the same time,we should face up to the shortcomings of "marketing preference" and "create news" about the mass media,and guide and standardize scientifically and orderly in adhering to social responsibility and strengthening industry self-discipline.
