摘要
目前,流动人口随迁子女数量大,且增长速度快。如果流动人口随迁子女得不到好的教育机会,就会在全社会范围内产生"马太效应",进一步拉大贫富差距,并呈现代际传递,影响整个社会的和谐与稳定。对流动人口随迁子女教育机会、过程、结果等方面政策的综合实施效果进行评价,发现流动人口随迁子女教育政策整体实施效果呈现逐年提高的趋势,尤其部分单项重点政策在实施初期效果较好,但在实施后期则政策效应疲软。因此,在教育过程中,教育内容要更具体和更有针对性,才能达到教育政策预期的效果。
At present,the number of children of migrant workers and other floating population members is large,and the growth rate is fast. If these children can not get a good education opportunity,it will be within the scope of the whole society to produce "Matthew effect",further widening the gap between rich and poor,presenting the intergenerational transfer,affecting the whole social harmony and stability. The comprehensive implementation effect of education opportunity,education process and education results of these children were evaluated,finding that floating children education policy overall effect presents the increasing trend year by year,especially some single key policy implementation effect is better in the early,but later policy effects are weak. Therefore,in the process of education,education content should be more specific and more targeted,which can achieve education policy expected effect.
