摘要
学生发展核心素养理论框架的实践转化与落实呼唤教师培训的跟进。基于教师培训课程价值取向的历史选择分析发现,发展学生核心素养当成为教师培训课程价值取向的新定位。培训课程目标应强调树立核心素养意识、提高教师综合素养、强化学科核心素养的培育,课程内容应采取独立设置与融合渗透相结合的方式,设置"核心素养研读"模块和"教学设计与实施观摩体验"模块。
The transformation and implementation of the theoretical framework of core literacy for students' development calls for a follow-up of teacher training. Based on the historical choice analysis of the value orientation of teacher training curriculum,the development of students' core literacy becomes the new orientation of teacher training curriculum value orientation. The training course aims to "cultivate the core literacy consciousness,improve the overall accomplishment of the teachers and strengthen the cultivation of the core literacy of the discipline". The course content adopts the combination of independent setting and integration infiltration and sets up the "core literacy study" module and "teaching design and implementation" observation and experience module.
