维生素D水平对膝骨关节炎患者关节功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种常见的、好发于中老年人的骨骼肌肉功能障碍的慢性关节疾病,膝关节是较常受累的关节之一,目前认为除了年龄、性别、种族、职业、肥胖、饮食、骨密度和遗传学等常见危险因素外,维生素D水平可能影响软骨新陈代谢,与OA发病存在密切关系,但维生素D缺乏在OA发病机制中的作用仍存在争议。本研究探讨血清维生素D水平对膝关节OA患者临床症状、功能状态及生活质量的影响,报告如下。
