摘要
目的探讨系统健康教育方式对热性惊厥患儿家长疾病认知度的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2017年10月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院收治的80例热性惊厥患儿家长,将其随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患儿家长进行住院常规健康教育,观察组患儿家长进行系统健康教育。评估并比较2组患儿家长健康教育前后对疾病认知度及家长满意度。结果健康教育前2组患儿家长疾病认知度评估结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后观察组的家长疾病认知度评估结果均好于对照组,且家长满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统健康教育方式在热性惊厥患儿家长中的应用效果较好,对患儿家长的疾病认知度均有较好的改善作用,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To study on the influence of systematic health education on the recognition of disease in parents of children with febrile convulsions(FC). Methods Eighty parents of children with FC in Children's Hospital, Capital institute of Pediatrics from November 2016 to October 2017 were selected, and were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases). The control group was educated with routine health education, the observation group was educated with system health education for parents. Then the disease recognition and satisfaction before and after health education of two groups were evaluated and compared. Results There was no significant difference in parents' disease recognition between the two groups before the health education(P0.05). After the health education,the parents' disease recognition evaluation results were better than that of the control group, and the parental satisfaction was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education has a better application in parents of children with FC and has better improvement role for the disease recognition and satisfaction of parents of children. Its clinical application value is very high.
