摘要 首先,分析了雷达发射电源输入整流滤波电路的特点;然后,对比分析了铝电解电容与薄膜电容在发射电源输入整流滤波电路中应用的优缺点;最后,通过实验对比了两种电容器在电路中的性能参数。实验部分通过完全替代和部分替代两种方式研究了薄膜电容替换铝电解电容后对发射电源输入整流滤波电路的影响,并分析了这两种方案与传统的铝电解电容的优缺点。实验结果表明:在发射电源输入整流滤波电路中,相比于铝电解电容,薄膜电容具有耐高压、损耗小、寿命长等特点。 Firstly,the characteristics of the input rectifier filter circuit of transmit power supply are analyzed.Then advantages and disadvantages of the aluminum electrolytic capacitor and film capacitor in the input rectifier filter circuit of transmit power supply are compared.Last,the performance parameters of the two capacitors in the circuit are compared by experiment data.In the experimental part,the effects of replacing aluminum electrolytic capacitors with film capacitors in the input rectifier circuit of transmit power supply are investigated by two methods,which are completely replaced and partially replaced.The advantages and disadvantages of these two schemes and traditional aluminum electrolytic capacitors are analyzed.The experimental results show that compared with the aluminum electrolytic capacitor,the film capacitor has the characteristics of high voltage resistance,low heat,long service life,etc.in the input rectifier filter circuit of transmit power supply.
