摘要
通过分子设计制备一种新型二胺单体4-(4-吗啉基苯基)-2,6-双(4-胺基苯基)吡啶(MPAP)及3种含吗啉基苯基及吡啶环可溶性聚酰胺(PA)。研究结果表明,所制备的PA具有良好的溶解性能,在室温下能溶于高沸点有机溶剂,如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)、N-甲基吡口各烷酮(NMP),在加热条件下能部分溶于四氢呋喃(THF)和丙酮等低沸点溶剂;较高的耐热性,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均高于205℃,氮气中10%热失重温度在461℃以上;优异的光学性能,截止波长低于396nm,542nm处的透过率均超过80%。此外,PA薄膜具有较好的力学性能,其拉伸强度为62~83 MPa,断裂伸长率为4.6%~12.8%,弹性模量为0.6~1.7GPa。
A novel diamine monomer,4-(4-morpholinylphenyl)-2,6-bis(4-aminophenyl)pyridine(MPAP)and a series of soluble polyamides(PA)containing morpholinylphenyl and pyridine rings were synthesized.PA shows excellent solubility in high-boiling organic solvents at room temperature,such as N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP),and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).Moreover,they can be partially dissolved in low-boiling solvents under heating,such as tetrahydrofuran(THF)and chloroform(CHCl3).Furthermore,They present high thermal properties with the glass transition temperature(Tg)and10% mass loss temperature(T10%)exceeding 205 ℃ and 461 ℃,respectively.Moreover,they exhibit prominent optical properties with the cut-off wavelength below 400 nm.In addition,PA films display good mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 62-83 MPa,elongation at break of 4.6%-12.8%,elastic modulus of 0.6-1.7 GPa.
