金钗石斛破壁粉对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder on tumor growth and immune function of tumor-bearing mice

摘要 目的:探讨金钗石斛破壁粉的体内抗肿瘤作用及其对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:建立小鼠肉瘤S180及小鼠肝癌H22移植性肿瘤模型,观察金钗石斛破壁粉对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用;采用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬实验、淋巴细胞转化实验及ELISA法测定细胞因子IL-2,IL-6,IL-12和TNF-α的水平,探讨金钗石斛破壁粉对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:在0.5,1.0和2.0 g·kg-1时金钗石斛破壁粉对S180的抑瘤率分别为16.33%,31.63%和57.14%,对H22的抑瘤率分别为20.67%,39.12%和55.87%,且能提高荷瘤小鼠的脾指数和胸腺指数;金钗石斛破壁粉能增强荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,促进淋巴细胞转化反应,升高荷瘤小鼠血清细胞因子IL-2,IL-6,IL-12和TNF-α的水平。结论:金钗石斛破壁粉体内抗肿瘤活性较强,其机制可能与增强荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。 Objective: To study the effects of Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder on the tumor growth and immune function of tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The antitumor activity of Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder in vivo was observed by the models of implanted H22 and S180 in mice. The effect of Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder on the immune function of tumor-bearing mice was investigated by using phagocytosis test. T lymphocyte proliferation test and ELISA,which were used to observe the expression levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-12 and TNF-α. Results: At dosage of 0. 5,1. 0 and 2. 0 g·kg^-1,the inhibition rates of Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder were 16. 33%,31. 63%,57. 14% for S180,and 20. 67%,39. 12%,55. 87% for H22,respectively. Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder could increase spleen index and chest gland index,improve the phagocytosis function of macrophages,enhance T lymphocytes proliferation,and increase the expression levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-12 and TNF-α in serum. Conclusion: Dendrobium nobile Lindl wall-broken powder exhibited significantly anti-tumor effect in vivo and the mechanism may be related to enhancing immune function.
