摘要
目的研究板蓝根种子在发芽和幼苗阶段对Na Cl和混合盐胁迫的反应。方法用不同浓度的Na Cl溶液和混合盐溶液进行试验,采用发芽率、相对生长速率等指标,对它们的耐盐性进行了分析和评价。结果最终得到黄河三角洲盐碱地板蓝根的最大耐盐量。结论盐浓度低于40 mmol/L时,板蓝根种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、相对盐害率和相对生长率不受影响;发芽率随着盐浓度增高而逐渐下降,同时盐胁迫显著影响了种子的萌发进程,使种子发芽明显滞后。盐浓度高于80 mmol/L时,板蓝根幼苗相对生长率降幅明显,处理间差异显著。
Objective To explore the expenses of seed and seedling of Radix Isatidis treated with sodium chloride and natural mixed salt solutions. Methods Experiment with different concentrations of salt solution, evaluate the salt tolerance with parameters including the germination rate, relative growth rate. Results Finally obtain the maximum salt tolerance of Radix Isatidis in Yellow River delta saline-alkali soil. Conclusion Salt solution lower than 40 mmol/L have no effects on germination rate, relative germination rate, relative salt-injury rate and relative growth rate of seed ling of Radix isatidis. With salinity increasing, germination rate decreased gradually. At the same time, the germination process is retarded by the high salt concentration sharply. When salt solution higher than 80 mmol/L, the relative growth rate of Radix isatidis seedlings under salt stress are distinctly lower and significantly different compared to its control.
