川麦冬1号植株同源异位水浸出物及总黄酮含量的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨川麦冬1号同源异位水浸出物及总黄酮含量的差异,为麦冬资源综合利用提供科学依据。方法参照《中国药典》及文献方法,以水为提取溶剂,选用热浸法测定水浸出物含量,以乙醇为提取溶剂,热浸法及紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果川麦冬1号新品种块根水浸出物及总黄酮含量高于传统麦冬;川麦冬1号新品种水浸出物含量块根高于须根高于叶片;川麦冬1号新品种总黄酮含量叶片高于须根高于块根;第二年川麦冬1号新品种水浸出物及总黄酮含量高于第一年。结论川麦冬1号新品种品质显著高于传统麦冬。现今麦冬主要用药部位块根,但就总黄酮含量而言,须根及叶片更占优势,可在须根及叶片上开发利用其黄酮资源。 Objective To study the difference about the content of aqueous extract and total flavone in different parts of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus 1, and provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of Ophiopogon resources. Methods According to methods from Chinese pharmacopoeia and literature, water is used as extraction solvent and the content of aqueous extract is determined by hot dip method. The content of total flavonoids are determined by hot immersion and ultraviolet spectrophotometer with ethanol as the extraction solvent. Results The content of aqueous extract and total flavonoids in the root tubers of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus 1 is higher than that of traditional Ophiopogon japonicas. The content of aqueous extract in Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus 1 show that roots is higher than fibrous roots, and fibrous roots is higher than leaves. The content of total flavonoids in Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus 1 show that leaves is higher than fibrous roots, and fibrous roots is higher thanroots. The content of aqueous extract and total flavonoids in Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus 1 in the second years is higher than that in the first year. Conclusion The quality of new cultivar of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicas 1 is significantly higher than the traditional Ophiopogon japonicus. Nowadays, the main site of drug use in Ophiopogon japonicas is root, but on the content of total flavonoids, fibrous roots and leaves more dominant, the resources of flavonoids on the fibrous roots and leaves can be exploited. The study can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of platycodin D because of it simplicity and accuracy.
