蒙药熊胆及几种家畜胆对环磷酰胺致血小板减少性出血模型的作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨熊胆治疗血小板减少性出血的替代品。方法将90只SD大鼠,连续3 d腹腔注射环磷酰胺30 mg/kg,复制血小板减少模型后随机分为9组:正常组、模型组、咖啡酸组、止血红花-8味组、熊胆组、牛胆组、羊胆组、猪胆组、鸡胆组,治疗7 d后,检测各血细胞计数、血小板生成素(TPO)、P-选择素(GMP-140),取脾脏观察病理形态。结果与模型组比较,止血红花-8、熊胆、牛胆、猪胆组血小板(PLT)有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),牛胆组TPO、GMP-140的升高有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与熊胆组比较,牛胆组PLT差异不明显(P>0.05),但TPO、GMP-140的升高有显著性差异(P<0.05)。病理组织观察中止血红花-8味,熊胆、牛胆、鸡胆组脾脏组织有明显改善现象。结论熊胆及几种家畜胆均具有升高血小板和止血作用,其中牛胆替代熊胆的可行性最高。 Objective To investigate the substitute for Bears Bile in the treatment of thrombocytopenic bleeding. Methods The operation of thrombocytopenia bleeding model is executed by cyclophosphamide i.p. 30 mg/kg or 3 days. The SD rats are randomly divided into 9 groups: normal group, model group and caffeic acid group, Zhixuehonghua-8 group, Bear bile group, Cattle bile group, Sheep bile group, Pig bile group, Chicken bile group. The change of blood counts, thrombopoietin(TPO), P-selectin(GMP-140), Pathology are observed after treatment 7 d. Results Compared with the model group, There is a significant difference(P 〈 0.01) in PLT of Zhixuehonghua-8 group, Bear bile group, Cattle bile group and Pig bile group,(P 〈 0.01), while the increase of TPO and GMP-140 in Cattle bile group have a significant difference(P 〈 0.01). Compared with the Bear bile group, the increase of PLT of Cattle bile group is not significant(P 〉 0.05), but the increase of TPO and GMP-140 is significant difference(P 〈 0.05). Pathological observation found Zhixuehonghua-8 group, bear bile group, cattle bile group, chicken bile group of spleen tissue to improve the phenomenon. Conclusion Bears and several livestock bile have the role of hemostasis, in which Cattle bile can have the highest feasibility of replacing the bear bile.
