X线胸片量化评价法测量3～17岁健康儿童胸廓数据

Measurement of thoracic cage indexes with X-ray fdm in 3-17 years old healthy children

目的通过X线胸片测量3～17岁健康儿童胸廓指标，得出测量值与年龄的相关量表，为评估、随访胸壁畸形及生物力学研究提供数据。方法随机选取2013年5月至2016年3月在我院就诊的3-17岁健康体检男童。每个年龄组30例，共450例人选，测量右侧第3～7肋的前肋间隙宽度（IS）、前肋宽度（RW）和肋骨中段厚度（RT）。对各测量指标进行统计描述，采用Pearson相关分析方法分析各测量值与年龄的相关关系。结果各测量指标与年龄呈强正相关（相关系数0．6〈r〈0．8，P〈0．05）。结论儿童前肋间隙宽度、前肋宽度、肋骨中段厚度随年龄呈增长趋势；利用X线胸片量化评价法测量胸廓数据可行，各测量值可以作为胸壁畸形生物力学研究、评估及随访的参考指标。

Objective By measuring the thoracic cage index with chest X-ray film in 3 - 17 years old healthy children, analyzing the bivariate correlations with age, to provide the reference data for evaluating and following up of chest wall deformi- ty. Methods A retrospective study was conducted for 450 cases of health physical examination from May 2013 to March 2016 in our institution. The anterior intercostal space width（IS） , the anterior rib width（RW） , and thickness of the rib in the mid- dle（RT） on the right side of 3 -7 ribs have been measured in each patient. Statistical describing for each t index has been made, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between measurement values and ages. Re- sults Each measurement index is strong positive correlated with age （0.6 〈 r 〈 0.8, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The anterior intercostal space width, the anterior rib width and the thickness of the ribs in the middle have a growing trend with age in chil- dren. It is indeed a useful way to measure thoracic cage data by using the chest X-ray film quantitative evaluation method. The measured values can be used as reference indexes.
