胸骨旁疝指腹腔脏器经胸肋三角突人胸腔心膈角区，又称Morgagni裂孔疝。本病较少见，占膈疝的3％-5％，右侧胸腔多发，以呼吸、消化系统症状为主，发生肠管嵌顿时可出现胸腹腔感染等表现，一旦确诊应尽早手术。
