基于DEA方法和全方位视角对中国中等职业教育的分析

Analysis on Secondary Vocational Education in our Country Based on DEA Method and Full Perspective

利用数据包络分析方法,在全方位的视角下,对中国中等职业教育的效率进行评估分析.结果表明,中等职业教育的效率不高,近60%的省份需要对投入产出进行优化.比较而言,西部省份的效率最高,东部省份的效率最低.从对投入产出进行优化的性价比来看,性价比低的省份中,东部省份占比最高;性价比高的省份中,中部省份占比最高.根据评估结果,提出了提高效率的对策和建议.

By the method of data envelopment analysis,in an omni-directional perspective,the efficiency of secondary vocational education in our country is evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of secondary vocational education is far from the expection,for there are about 60% provinces needing to optimize input-output. Comparatively speaking,the efficiency of western provinces is the highest,the lowest is the eastern provinces. From the price ratio optimizing input-output,the proportion of eastern provinces is the largest in the provinces with lower price ratio,while the proportion of middle provinces is the largest in the provinces with higher price ratio. Based on the results,the countermeasure and suggestion improving the efficiency are proposed.
