The survey,the basic information of the respondents,the public＇s attitude toward the microbusiness,their expectations of the future development,micro-commerce business processes and other aspects of content are involved,by using of binary logistic regression and other methods,the quantitative assessment is made. The situation of micro-traders and the basic status of micro-traders in the development of the general public as well as their opinions on the development prospects of micro-traders are unstood. On this basis,relevant suggestions on the supervision of micro-traders are put forward.
