小儿难治性支原体肺炎甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗的效果与安全性评价

To evaluate the effect and safety of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia with azithromycin methylprednisolone therapy

目的探索甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎的效果。方法于2016年5月-2017年8月我院儿科收治的难治性支原体肺炎患儿中选出88例,根据治疗方法不同分组,对照组患儿采用常规对症疗法和阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用甲泼尼龙治疗,对比两组患儿的总有效率、不良反应发生率等。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为95. 56%,高于对照组的81. 40%,P <0. 05;两组治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,P> 0. 05;观察组的体温恢复正常时间较对照组短,且治疗1周后的CRP水平明显低于对照组,P <0. 05。结论甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性支原体肺炎疗效确切,减轻患者的炎症反应,用药安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia effect. Methods 88 cases were selected from May 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital from children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia,according to different treatment groups,the control group treated with conventional symptomatic treatment and azithromycin treatment,the observation group in the control group treated with methylprednisolone treatment,the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 56%,which was higher than 81. 40% of the control group,P〈0. 05; There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment,and both were mild,P〉0. 05; The body temperature returned to normal time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the level of CRP after 1 weeks of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect is exact,alleviate the inflammatory reaction,medication safety,and is worthy of promotion.
