摘要
2009年以来,医药卫生体制改革取得很大进展,在不断深入的过程中也遇到很多问题与困难。在2017年国务院印发了《国务院办公厅关于建立现代医院管理制度的指导意见》(国办发[2017]67号)。公立医院的管理者对医院绩效管理工作更加重视。但是,在实际工作中,医院管理者对医院绩效管理存在一定的误区。文章叙述了医院绩效管理的历史沿革和发展,从医院运营、科室运营和科主任管理三个层面论述了绩效管理的重点,并就如何改善绩效管理提出了相应的建议。
Comprehensive reform of heahheare system has been deepening since 2009. In 2017, the State Council issued guidelines on the establishment of a modem hospital management system. Managers in Public Hospitals paied more attention to performance management. But in practice, hospital managers had some misunderstandings about hospital performance management. It described the history and development of hospital performance management. The key points of performance management were discussed from the aspects of hospital operation, department operation and department director management. The corresponding suggestions for improving management were put forward.
