摘要 【目的/意义】社会化问答社区作为一种基于用户生成内容的知识社区发展迅速,为了激励用户持续参与知识分享,需要对声誉系统与社会化问答平台知识分享的关系进行探讨。【方法/过程】本文从社会化影响理论的视角研究声誉系统与知识分享的关系,探究社会化影响的两种机制——流行度影响和在线口碑,进而阐述了两者对知识分享的社会化采纳程度产生影响的若干方面。【结果/结论】对社会化问答社区的运营策略的优化具有一定的启示作用。 【Purpose/significance】Social question answering communities(SQAC) have been more and more popular as a type of user repository. To incentive users to continuously sharing knowledge with others, we need to explore the relationship between reputation system and knowledge sharing in SQAC platform.【Method/process】This article aims to analyze the relationship of reputation systems and knowledge sharing based on social influence, and investigate the two major mechanisms of social influence, namely popularity influence and online word-of-mouth(WOM), then discuss their possible influence on the degree of socialization of knowledge sharing.【Result/conclusion】Theoretical contributions and managerial implications may have some enlightenments to the optimization of the SQAC operation strategies.
