基于专利计量的高校科技创新能力实证研究——以北京服装学院为例

The Empirical Study on Technological Innovation Ability of University Based on the Patent Bibliometrics——Taking Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology as an Example

本文依托国家知识产权局专利数据库,对北京服装学院专利数量、质量、技术领域、发明人、产学研合作等指标进行统计分析,并对比同类型高校的相关情况,揭示我校专利管理状况以及创新能力及发展水平,分析总结在专利产出方面存在的问题及成因,总结得出提高专利水平的对策与建议.

The patent bibliometric indicators of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology,such as patent numbers,quality,technical field,inventors,industrial-university-research cooperation,etc.were analyzed and compared with the related types of universities based on the database of Patent Search and Analysis of SIPO. The patent management situation,innovation ability and development level of the university were summarized and the problems and causes in the patent output were discussed,and some helpful conclusions and suggestions for improving the level of patent were summarized.
