摘要
为探讨神经变性病专业进修医师临床教学的模式及效果,文章结合首都医科大学宣武医院培养神经变性病专业进修医师的独特经验进行全面分析,包括采用严格的接收准入制度、进行系统的理论培训、重视临床与科研能力的培养、采用多种形式及多层次教学方式,达到使进修医师技能全面、诊疗规范、临床水平及科研能力兼备的教学目的。
In order to explore the mode and effect of clinical teaching for professional physicians of neurodegenerative disease, this article makes a comprehensive analysis of the unique experience of training neurodegenerative diseases in Xuanwu hospital, Capital Medical University, including strict access system, systematic theoretical training, training of clinical and scientific research ability. It adopts various forms and muhi-level teaching methods, so as to achieve the teaching purpose of comprehensive skills, standard of diagnosis and treatment, clinical level and scientific research abilitv.
