From Organizational Structure to Individual Action:Party-Mass Organizations and Social Integration

20世纪50年代初是人民共和国的奠基期,各种制度逐渐建立和完善,开创了不同以往的新模式和新秩序,从根本上规定着中国政治发展的方向。组织人分析是研究人民共和国政治制度的逻辑起点。新型组织人的个体行动既借助组织而有力量,也受制于组织制度、纪律和政策等。中国共产党通过群众组织,以政治动员的方式,逐步将具体制度嵌入社会、统合社会。观念、利益和情感构成个人行动的基本理由。唯有在组织架构与微观行动相互作用中做具体分析,才能深化我们对新中国成立初期党群组织与个人行动的认识。

The initial period of the 1950 s was the founding stage of the PRC. During this time,the CPC created a new model and a new order by virtue of establishing and perfecting various systems,thereby setting the direction for China's future political development. People were at once empowered by the new organizations and constrained by their institutions,disciplines,and policies. Only through a concrete analysis of the interaction between the organizational structure and the individual action can we get a more profound understanding of the party-mass organizations and individual actions typical of the founding period of the PRC. The CPC worked through mass organizations for political mobilization and installment of the institutions in society. Ideas,interests and emotions constitute the basic reasons for individual action.
