甲状腺乳头状癌与相关基因的研究进展

甲状腺癌是临床十分常见的恶性肿瘤，约占所有内分泌肿瘤的95%。全世界每年平均甲状腺癌发病122 000例，已成为头颈部和内分泌肿瘤中发病率和死亡率最高的疾病。甲状腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势，对人类健康构成了严重威胁。在甲状腺癌的分型中，甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）约占所有甲状腺癌的80%，其发病率远高于其他病理类型。文章主要对PTC的发生、发展以及预后相关基因研究进展进行综述。

Thyroid cancer is a very common malignancy, accounting for about 95% of all endocrine tumors. According to reports in the literature, 122 000 cases of thyroid cancer each year in the world have become the disease with the highest morbidity and mortality in head and neck and endocrine tumors. The incidence of thyroid cancer is still growing, posing a serious threat to human health. Papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC） accounts for about 80% of all thyroid cancer, the incidence is much higher than other pathological types. This review focuses on the advances of PTC, including its occurrence, development and prognosis related genes.
