摘要 心脏神经脊衍生物表达转录因子2(Hand2)基因是碱性螺旋-环-螺旋(bHLH)蛋白家族中最重要的转录因子之一,其在多种脏器组织中表达,能够调节多种干细胞向终末细胞分化。子宫内膜癌作为严重威胁女性健康的生殖系统肿瘤,其发病机制尚未明确。最新研究表明,Hand2基因是子宫内膜癌中的一种甲基化热点,与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有密切联系。文章阐述了Hand2基因在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展。 The neural crest derivatives expressed 2 (Hand2) is one of the most important transcription factors in the basic helix-hoop-helix (bHLH) protein family. It is expressed in a variety of organ tissues, which regulates the differentiation of multiple stem cells into end cells. Endometrial carcinoma is one of the three major reproductive system tumors that pose a serious threat to women's health, and its pathogenesis is not yet clear. Recent studies have shown that the Hand2 gene is a kind of methylation hotspot in endometrial carcinoma, which is closely related to the development of endometrial carcinoma. This review describes the progress of Hand2 gene in endometrial cancer.
