胃癌腹膜转移的诊断及治疗进展

Diagnosis and treatment progress of peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer

近年来胃癌诊治方面虽取得了很大进展，但胃癌患者预后仍较差。腹膜转移属于胃癌的终末阶段，尽管治疗方式多样，如减瘤术、腹腔灌注化疗、联合化疗，以及近期的分子靶向治疗及基因治疗，但仍无标准治疗方案。多学科及个体化的治疗应该是未来治疗的方向。现就胃癌腹膜转移的诊断及治疗的研究现状和进展作一综述。

The prognosis of gastric cancer patients is still poor although big progress has been made in the diagnosis and therapy. Peritoneal metastasis is always considered as the end stage of gastric cancer. The treatments such as cytoreductive surgery, intraoperative peritoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy, combined chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy and gene therapy are applied to clinical management. However, no standard regimens are recommended. The muhidisciplinary and individualized treatment will be put more emphasis in the future. This paper reviews the current status and progress of the diagnosis and treatment of peritoneal metastasis in gastric cancer.
