面向营配信息贯通的业扩报装系统设计与实现

Design of Business Expansion Reporting System Based on Marketing and Distribution Integration & Its Realization

为了解决营销、运检、调度、规划业务融合和业扩报装供电方案寻优问题,设计了面向营配信息贯通的业扩报装系统应用模型的组成结构。运用系统控制理论构建了基础信息库、模型库、规则库和综合数据库;利用营配信息贯通同步及融合技术,归集了电力行业相关的空间信息和非空间信息;最后通过决策树算法、Floyd算法和IDA~*启发式算法,实现了业扩报装供电方案的自动化生成。该系统具有广阔的应用前景。

In order to solve the problem of marketing, operation maintenance, scheduling and optimization of business expansion, the structure of business expansion reporting system is designed objected to marketing and distribution integration. The basic information library, model library, rule library and integration library is set up with system control theory. Then the electric related spatial and nonspatial information are gathered by integrating marketing and distribution information. At last, decision tree, Floyd and IDA~＊ algorithm are implemented to help the business expansion reporting system generate automatically. The system has broad application prospect.
