摘要
分析二次设备模块化设计关键问题和技术,通过深化、细化模块化划分内容,提出了"分级分区"的220kVHGIS变电站二次系统模块化新型"三组合"设计方法。设计结果表明,该方法能显著提高模块的互换性,减少网络节点和光电缆使用量,通过模块化设计使得97%的二次设备都可以实现厂家内部集成和调试安装,全站预制光缆使用量减少至通用设计的32%,极大缩短了变电站建设周期,实现了"即插即用"。
The key problem and technology of modular design of electrical secondary equipment is analyzed. By deepening and refining the modular division content, a new three combination design method for the modular division of 220 kV HGIS substation electrical secondary modules is proposed. The design results show that the scheme can significantly improve the interchangeability of modules and reduce the use of network nodes and optical cables. Through the modular design proposed in this paper, 97% of the secondary equipment can be integrated, debugged and installed in the factory, and the use of whole station prefabricated optical cable is reduced to 32% of the general design. The construction cycle of substation is greatly shortened, plug and play is implemented.
