摘要
以厌氧颗粒污泥为接种污泥,分别采用人工配水、味精废水培养出好氧颗粒污泥。结果表明:人工配水培养的颗粒污泥55 d可培养成功,为黄色,平均粒径为2 mm,SVI约为20 m L/g,ρ(MLSS)为10 g/L,该系统对人工配水COD、NH+4-N平均去除率分别为94%、97.5%;味精废水培养的好氧颗粒污泥95 d可培养成功,为黄褐色,平均粒径为0.6 mm,SVI约为30 m L/g,ρ(MLSS)可达到8 g/L,该系统对味精废水COD、NH+4-N平均去除率分别为90%、95%。
The anaerobic granular sludge was inoculated in SBR reactor with artificial water and monosodium glutamate wastewater to cultivate aerobic granular sludge. The research showed that: the granular sludge cultured with artificial water could be achieved after 55 d, with its average particle size of 2 mm in mature stage, SVI of 20 mL/g, MLSS of 10 g/L, average removal rates of COD, NH4+ -N were 94% , 97.5% in the system of artificial water; aerobic granular sludge cultured with monosodium glutamate wastewater could be achieved after 95 d, average particle size of aerobic granular mature tawny was O. 6 mm, SVI of 30 mL/g, MLSS of 8 g/L, the average removal rates of COD, NH4+ -N were 90% , 95% , respectively in the system of monosodium glutamate wastewater.
