摘要
对修复后的钢铁场地污染土壤(修复土)进行资源化再利用,以修复土、水泥、粉煤灰、尾矿砂为基体原料,研究水泥/粉煤灰质量比、尾矿砂/修复土质量比、Ca O、钠基激发剂和发泡剂对所制免烧陶粒性能的影响。结果表明:陶粒基体原料适宜配比为m(水泥)/m(粉煤灰)=3/2,m(尾矿砂)/m(修复土)=1/1,m(胶材)/m(集料)=2/3,滚动造球方式较为合适。当掺加Ca O和钠基激发剂后,胶材活性得到激发,促进了水化反应,陶粒得到固结硬化,各项性能指标良好。
To recycle the contaminated soil of steel plant after remediation (GSR), CSR, cement, fly ash and tailing sand were used as base materials to make unburned ceramsites. Influence of the weight ratio of cement/fly ash, tailing sand/CSR, content of CaO, Na-activator and foaming agent were studied on the ceramisite properties. Results showed that the appropriate ratio of base material was m ( cement)/m ( fly ash) = 5/2, m ( tailing sand)/m (CSR) = 1/1, m ( binding materials)/ m(aggregate) =2/3, and the roiling process was suitable for ceramsite pelletizing. After CaO and Na-activator were both added, the binding materials was activated, and the hydration reaction was promoted, contributing to the solidiy and harden the ceramsites. Ultimate properties of the ceramsites were all in accord with the requirements of related national standard.
