摘要
作为一种探索学生成长的中国方案,学生发展核心素养的培育过程是有着鲜明文化属性的创生过程,具有独特的文化逻辑。学生发展核心素养的培育是一种文化教育的外显化过程,揭示出文以化人的观念更新与思想启蒙;是文化交融的系统性过程,彰显出不同文化间的碰撞、互鉴与融合;是文化博弈的抉择性过程,体现出对学生发展所需文化的价值评判与解构;是文化认同的建构性过程,呈现出外烁与内生两种不同的文化传播路径;是文化自觉的超越性过程,创生出学生个体的文化生命以及对社会的文化贡献。
The cultivation of key competencies for students' development is a Chinese program to explore the growth of students, as well as a creative process with distinctive cultural attributes and unique cultural logic. Developing students' key competencies is a manifestation of cultural education which reveals the concept renewal and enlightenment, a systematic process of cultural blending which shows the collision, mutual appreciation and integration of different cultures, a selective process of cultural antinomies which reflects the value of the judgments and deconstruction in students' development, a constructive process of cultural identity which shows external and internal routes of cultural transmission, and a process of transcendence of cultural awareness which creates the cultural life of individual students and their contribution to the social culture.
