细胞角蛋白在慢性难愈合创面修复中的作用研究进展

Research Progress in the Role of Cytokeratin in the Repair of Chronic Refractory Wound

细胞角蛋白(cytokeratin,CK)是角质细胞中的骨架蛋白,对细胞形态结构的维持以及损伤组织的修复具有重要作用。随着细胞角蛋白在创面修复中的作用被不断证实,以调节细胞角蛋白表达为作用机理的创面修复新理论、新方法、新技术也应运而生,但相对成熟的技术却较少,遂笔者在本文中综述了细胞角蛋白在慢性难愈合创面修复中的作用研究进展,旨在为细胞角蛋白在慢性难愈合创面修复中的进一步研究提供思路与线索。

Cytokeratin（CK）,a cytoskeleton protein in keratinocytes,plays an important role in maintaining cellular morphology and in repairing damaged tissues. As the role of cytokeratin in wound repair has been confirmed constantly,there emerges many new theories,methods and techniques for wound repair with regulating the expression of cytokeratin as the mechanism of action,but matured techniques are few in number. In this article,the author reviewed the research progress in the role of cytokeratin in the repair of chronic refractory wounds,aiming to provide insights for the further research on cytokeratin in the repair of chronic refractory wounds.
