烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治愈新生儿先天性皮肤缺损1例报告

One Case Report of Neonatal Congenital Skin Defect Treated with MEBT/MEBO

目的总结分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗新生儿先天性皮肤缺损的临床疗效及应用价值。方法对2017年2月温州市人民医院收治的1例先天性双下肢皮肤缺损患儿全程采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗,观察创面变化,分析治疗效果。结果治疗第28天,创面完全愈合,病理组织切片显示皮肤组织生长良好,继续护肤式应用湿润烧伤膏;治疗第39天,左侧膝关节上方皮肤出现直径约2.5 cm的破溃创面,予以湿润烧伤膏换药治疗;治疗第49天,左侧膝关节上方破溃创面完全愈合,继续护肤式应用湿润烧伤膏;治疗第54天,创面愈合良好,愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生。结论烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗新生儿先天性皮肤缺损,可有效促进创面愈合,且愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生,疗效显著,操作简便,可作为此类疾病的首选治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy and application value of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of neonatal congenital skin defects. Methods One new baby with congenital skin defect on lower extremities who was admitted to Wenzhou People＇s Hospital in February 2017 was treated with MEBT/MEBO throughout the whole treatment course. Wound changes were observed and the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results On day 28 of treatment,the wounds were healed completely and histopathological tissue sections showed that the skin tissues grew well. Skin care with MEBO was continued. On day 39 of treatment,an ulcerative wound of about 2. 5 cm in diameter appeared on the skin above the left knee,which was treated with the dressing change with MEBO. On day 49 of treatment,the ulcerated wound above the left knee was completely healed and MEBO was used continuously for skin care. On day 54 of treatment,the wounds were healed well and no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the healed skin. Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal congenital skin defects,MEBT/MEBO should be promoted as the first choice for such disease since it can effectively promote wound healing and no obvious scar hyperplasia can be observed after wound healing.
