含氟纳米树脂关闭正畸治疗后前牙区黑三角间隙的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of fluoride-containing nano-resin on closing black triangle of front teeth after orthodontic treatment

目的探讨含氟纳米树脂用于关闭正畸治疗结束后前牙区出现的黑三角间隙的临床效果。方法选择53例(共102颗牙)正畸治疗后出现的前牙黑三角间隙患者,随机分为两组,治疗组选用Beautifil II光固化氟释放纳米树脂充填关闭间隙,对照组用3M Z350XT纳米美学修复树脂充填关闭间隙,均采用硅橡胶导板法及斜形堆塑法,术后跟踪和随访6个月和1年,观察其临床疗效。结果 2组病例6个月后复诊,全部病例都得以回访,治疗组临床疗效与对照组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1年后复诊,治疗组随访23例,失访2例,对照组随访24例,失访2例。治疗组成功率与对照组相似,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。继发龋的发生率对照组高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论使用光固化氟释放纳米树脂和无氟释放纳米树脂修复正畸治疗后出现的黑三角均可取得满意的临床疗效,均是一种创伤小、经济的修复方法。氟释放纳米树脂可以有效的防止继发龋的发生,更值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fluoride-containing nano-resin on closing the open gingival embrasure space of front teeth area after orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 53 patients（ 102 teeth） with orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Beautifil II light-cured fluorinated nano-resin filling. The control group was filled with 3 MZ350 XT aesthetic nano-resin to close the gap. Silicone rubber guide plate method and oblique heap method were used. The results were followed up for 6 months and one year.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group（ P〉0. 05）. The success rate of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group（ P〉0. 05）. The incidence of secondary caries in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Both light-cured fluoride release of nano-resin and fluoride-free release of nano-resin to repair the the black triangle after orthodontic treatment can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy,but fluoride release nano-resin can effectively prevent the occurrence of secondary caries.
