摘要
目的 :比较用显微外科手术与传统开颅手术治疗颅脑肿瘤的效果。方法 :选取2014年1月至2016年4月期间自贡市第一人民医院收治的100例颅脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为传统开颅手术组(n=50)和显微外科手术组(n=50)。对传统开颅手术组患者进行传统的开颅手术,对显微外科手术组患者进行显微外科手术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果 :手术后,显微外科手术组患者手术的总有效率、其肿瘤患者生活质量评定量表(QOL)的评分均高于传统开颅手术组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :与用传统开颅手术治疗颅脑肿瘤的效果相比,用显微外科手术治疗颅脑肿瘤的效果更为理想。
objective： to compare the efficacy of mierosurgical and conventional craniotomy in the treatment of brain tumors. Methods： 100 patients with brain tumors admitted to the first people＇ s hospital of zigong city from January 2014 to April 2016 were selected as subjects. These patients were divided into the traditional eraniotomy group （n = 50） and the mierosurgery group （n = 50）. The traditional eraniotomy operation was performed on the patients in the traditional eraniotomy group, and the mierosurgery operation was performed on the patients in the microsurgery group. The results were then compared between the two groups. Results： after surgery, the total effective rate and QOL score of the patients in the microsurgery group were higher than those in the conventional eraniotomy group （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion： compared with conventional craniotomy for brain tumors, microsurgery is more effective in treating brain tumors.
