印太战略背景下应注重加强中孟合作

印太战略是当前美国正在实施的将印太地区全部纳入美国战略范围的一项重大战略,其手段是通过建立"特殊关系"拉印太国家特别是印度一起遏制中国。中国不仅要高度关注印太战略及印度、印度洋,而且要关注印太战略核心区之中南亚"小国"的作用。其中,孟加拉国因其特殊地位及与中国的特殊关系而成为我们必须关注的国家。积极推进中孟合作既有利于双方开辟新的发展空间,促进共同发展,也有利于我国应对印太战略,打破美国对我国的"东西双向"封锁。
