摘要
目的研究不同提取方法对朱砂七总大黄素含量的影响。方法分别采用乙醇回流提取法、超声提取法、酶辅助提取法和超声-酶辅助提取法对总大黄素进行提取,紫外-可见分光光度法测定其吸光度,以标准曲线法测定含量。结果与结论不同提取方法对朱砂七总大黄素含量影响较大,超声-酶辅助法效率最高。
OBJECTIVE Effect of different extracting method on the content of total flavines in Polygonum cillinervewas investigated. METHODS The total flavines were extracted using ethanol reflux extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction,enzyme assisted extraction and ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis extraction. The absorbance was measured with UV-visible spectrophotometry. The content of total flavines were calculated according to the standard curve. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Different extracting methods possess different effect on the content of total flavines. The highest extraction yield was found using ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis extraction.
