HPLC法测定银冰凝胶中绿原酸的含量

Content Determination of Chloroogenic Acid in Yinbing Gel by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定银冰凝胶中绿原酸的含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent C_(18)(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈-1.6%冰醋酸(11∶89),检测波长为327nm;柱温25℃,流速1.0mL·min^(-1);进样量20μL。结果绿原酸浓度在2.02~101.00μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9994)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.14%,RSD=1.42%。结论本方法准确可靠,操作简单,重现性好,专属性强,可用于银冰凝胶的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinbing Gel. METHODS Agilent C_（18） column（ 5μm,250 mm × 4. 6 mm） was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-1. 6% acetic acid solution（ 11∶ 89）,The sample was determined at the wavelength of 327 nm and the temperature of column was 25℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min^（-1） and sample size was 20μL each time precisely. RESULTS Chlorogenic acid had a good linear relationship within 2. 02 ~ 101. 00μg·mL^（-1）（ r = 0. 9994）,the average recovery was 98. 14%,RSD was 1. 42%. CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Yinbing Gel.
